Cappa CM was engaged to was engaged to complete the relocation of rail level crossing boom gates at the Yennora Distribution Centre.

The works included the relocation of boom gate units along with all associated civil, electrical, and signalling components. The works were delivered in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to minimise disruption to rail operations and site logistics.

The scope included:

  • Works took place using a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts to accelerate programme.

  • Worked in close coordination with other subcontractors to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption

  • Works did not disturb operations of the distribution centre.

 

Cappa CM was also engaged to complete 200sqm of asphalt hardstand replacement over one weekend. Cappa worked closely with all stakeholders and completed the works during working times and outside working hours to minimize disruption. The Scope Included:

  • Excavation of existing asphalt hardstand
  • Install concrete subbase with steel reinforcement
  • Lay and compaction of High Durability Asphalt
  • Asphalt Joint Sealing
