Cappa Construction & Maintenance were engaged by Ryde City Council for concrete surface remediation repairs.

Adjusting the heights and falls of the staircase was required to overcome the water ponding issues locals were experiencing and improving the staircase overall safety when wet.

Cappa were also tasked to apply a 50mm wide non-slip stair tread contrast strip to all stair nosings.
