Cappa Construction & Maintenance were engaged by Rogers Construction Group to repair areas of concrete spalling identified in Levande Lourdes residential care home.

Repair areas were located on a concrete beam within Levande Lourdes multi-use carpark. As the carpark was in constant use, the repairs were split in half to minimize disruption.
