Fletcher Street

Cappa CM were engaged to complete concrete repair on the internal slabs of 91 Fletcher street apartment complex. Following a tap test survey, additional drummy areas were found in the adjoining balconies.

Cappa subsequently undertook demolition and FRP works on the 12 balconies due to spalling and corroded reinforcement and formed in new spandrels. Concrete was then pumped across all three residential levels.
