Cappa CM was contracted to demolish and remove an existing retaining wall, followed by the installation of a new retaining wall and footing.

Due to the high levels of sand in the soil, Cappa used hand piling method to excavate the foundations prior to installing a new core filled and reinforced block wall.

Once the retaining wall had been installed, Cappa reinstated the original soil behind the wall and installed new 100mm topsoil with buffalo turf.
