31 Market Street

Cappa Construction & Maintenance were engaged by Mirvac and Core Consulting to identify and remediate areas of concrete spalling on the rooftop of 31 Market Street. 

The work took place on levels 37 and 38 of the high-rise building. The spalling concrete was removed and reinstated with a cementitious repair mortar to mitigate the risk of falling concrete over personnel working in the area.
