  • Completed over one weekend with night works scheduled to accommodate facility operations.
  • Breakout and removal of damaged concrete
  • Jackhammering of affected areas
  • Cleaning, priming, and patching
  • Grinding of walls, floors, beams, and ceilings
  • Pressure washing of all surfaces
  • Application of corrosion inhibitor (3 coats)
  • Epoxy waterproofing by trowel (2 coats)
