Cappa was engaged to demolish and re-pour the outer edges to 4 balconies of a residential complex in Collaroy as a part of the façade and balcony upgrades. 

The balcony’s edges were demolished, and the new hob/ upturn beam reinforcement was installed to THE engineer’s detail.

Cappa then placed and finished the balcony edges with ready-mix concrete using a line pump.
